Start of Winter Break A.K.A Hell

Hey guys!
So Friday was the last day of school, as in winter break has begun! Yes, it is that time of the year, where we all hope it snows 2 feet (but it rarely does) so that we can snuggle up by ourselves in the corner and watch kdramas and Christmas movies all day long and do absolutely nothing else.
No? Just me? Aw ok. :c
But yes, it is that magical time in the year where even a curmudgeon like me feels a little less grumpier than usual.
Teachers tell us to "Enjoy our break to the fullest because we have worked so hard for the past half of the year."
Hah.
HAH.
NEVER BELIEVE TEACHERS WHEN THEY TELL YOU THAT. WHAT THEY REALLY MEAN IS "STUDY YOUR A*S OFF YOU F*CKS OR YOU WILL FAIL THE RIDICULOUSLY HARD MIDTERMS I WILL GIVE YOU THE MOMENT YOU COME BACK FROM SCHOOL.
I AM CRYING RIGHT NOW BECAUSE I HAVE SO MUCH TO DO DURING THIS BREAK AND DECEMBER IS ALMOST OVER.
DAMN YOU SCHOOL DO YOU THINK I HAVE NO LIFE?! I HAVE 22 DRAMAS TO FINISH. TWENTY. TWO. AND TAY P. SAID I HAVE TO FINISH SHERLOCK BY THE END OF WINTER BREAK AS WELL.
I dunno about the other guys, but my break is from 12/21-1/5. Our finals are at different times of the year as well I believe. My finals start on 1/19 I think. Tay P. already had her finals before break because her school "actually" wants her to relax for a bit.
A bunch of my middle school friends and I are also planning to go ice skating sometime this week or next week. Yay!
Being the pathetic person that I am, I am constantly reminding myself of how I tend to distance myself from people I don't know that well. I am an introvert and though I don't mind the company of people, sometimes I feel pressured to try and "entertain" people when I do have company - especially my "new friends." I still haven't completely fit in. I realize that I probably meet with my old friends more than people at Dalton. I mean, the only out of school time I've spent with them was to get some mocha shit from Starbucks. I still have hope though guys. Wish me luck!
But yea. I actually didn't get TOO much regular homework. Instead I have a shitload of long term projects and midterms to study for. Unlike most schools, I only have midterms for English, Biology, and Math this year. Yay! Imma still fail all of them though. Wish me luck!

P.S. I can't use the free movie tickets I won. They legit showed the movie 2 days after I won the ticket, and there was no way I could have seen it. Ugh eff AMC whatever I was going to not use the tickets and keep it as a memory anyway.

Friend 2 Giveaway Tickets!!

OMGOMGOMGOMGOMGOMGOMG!!!
HEY GUYS!!
Okay so like last week I was surfing the web for like kpop concerts that I couldn't afford to just get an idea of what the prices were. I came across this website - 24/7 Kpop. I saw that there was a giveaway for a pair of tickets in Dallas and NYC to see the movie Friend 2 (aka Chingu 2, a Korean movie). And I'm just like "wth what do I have to lose" so I put like 10 entries in (It's free. I just had to do different online actions. It was a 3 day giveaway. By the second day there were 150+ entries and I'm just like "shyeeeaaaaattt I ain't winning."
BUT GUESS WHAT GUYS. I DID. (*cough* *cough* In case you couldn't tell from the title)
You know I'm one of those people who get A LOT of junk mail and never delete any of that crap. So I THOUGHT THE WINNING EMAIL WAS JUNK MAIL!!!
I didn't discover that I got an email from them for 3 days straight, saying if I didn't respond by 8pm they would give my tickets to someone else.
At that point I was panicking. This was the 2nd time I ever won something in my life! (The first time was in 7th or 8th grade. I won the school raffle for a 100 piece puzzle.) So you know what I did?
I SPAMMED THOSE MOFOS!!
Even if I actually missed my chance, I would force them to give it to me!!! MWAHAHAHAHA JE SUIS KYOUKO-CHAN!!! (wut up Skip Beat reference)
So, here is the fruit of my efforts:

I GOT THIS IN THE MAIL 2 DAYS AGO GUYS. YOU DON'T KNOW HOW HAPPY I AM!!
Now all I have to do is figure out the showtimes that correspond with my schedule and the schedules of everyone else that is accompanying me. (Obviously there is a whole group of us going lol)
Shall update you on the outing!

P.S. I saw Friend 1 (Chingu) last night. It was so sad. And graphic. ╥﹏╥ I cried at the end.
I could NOT handle English today. We were talking about how Macbeth is really distraught after killing Duncan (*Macbeth spoilers guys* oh oops too late oh well) and I'm just like "I CAN'T HANDLE THIS RIGHT NOW!!!" *CRY*

Omg It's December Guys!

Hiya y'all! As I promised, I'm going to give a little outline of what happened yesterday in the outing! But before that, let's celebrate the beginning of December! YAYYY!! 3 MORE WEEKS TILL WINTER BREAK!!
This is literally how my life is right now - counting down the days till the next weekend and large break. I still have a ton of homework to do, because as it turned out (not too surprisingly) I did pretty much nothing during this whole break. I sent emails to a teacher about a homework I had confusion about like 4 days ago, but she never answered. Not my fault if I do it wrong.
Tay P. has her finals right before the break. Let's wish her luck everyone! FIGHTING!!
So about the outing yesterday. IT WAS SO MUCH FUN!!!!
As it turned out (again, not very surprisingly) we did everything - even the stuff we said we wouldn't do lol. We met up at the theater to watch Catching Fire. It actually wasn't too bad. I would rate it like 7.5/10. The movie didn't feel complete, but I guess that's how an interquel is supposed to be. Is it called an interquel? Like when a work is both a sequel and a prequel to two completed works (aka the middle)? Whatever.
G-Dragon Roll (cr. Chanel)
Then we went to Food Gallery 32. That was awesome. We all ordered so much food! I had kimbap and shrimp fried rice - each came with a soup and like little side food thingies (as in radish and stuff). I didn't know each plate was so big so I ordered two things. I had so much trouble finishing it (as in I started to feel really dizzy after all that food) but I managed to finish all of it with everyone's help! We also ordered either green tea bubble tea, taro bubble tea, iced coffee, or Thai milk tea. Kevin ordered cheese ramyun (so many calories ugh), and Chanel and Jasmin both ordered the G-Dragon roll (haha yes). I forget what everyone else ordered. Maybe Tay P. or isntniallerlovely will remember.
I'm sorry we forgot to take pictures of the food before we ate! isntniallerlovely has all the pictures since she actually brought her awesometastic camera along; I'm sure she'll post some of them soon. :D
The only picture I have is of the G-Dragon roll. I stole some from Jasmin. It was really good! But for some reason, I thought they should have had something else too...I dunnno...maybe something like THIS!! >>
G-Dragon Hair Sushi - what it should have been
Hahaha lame...but yea.
Then we went to a noraebang (karaoke). We divided the money very badly for this, but ideally it would have been like $6 or $7 per person per hour. Not bad! We went for only an hour because we didn't have time. We have curfews you know. We had a lot of technical difficulties with the machinery, but it was a lot of fun! I wish we had more time though.
Guys, we are definitely having another outing - just food and noraebang perhaps? (≧∇≦)/

Ayyyyy my little k-popalicious rollz ;) So it's isntniallerlovely and I have a confession to make.....I mostly took pictures of our friends and not our food.....I took a before and after shot of the G-Dragon roll, but other than that nothing really. So I guess I will post those pictures below. I think the most memorable part of going to see "Catching Fire" was me leaving my camera in the movie theater and this really nice employee giving it back to me ^_^ As for karaoke, everyone wanted to sing these kpop songs that no one knew the lyrics to -.- It was still really fun and we all got to see each other again and I got to showcase my horrible singing skillz. No shame though, no shame.
