St.Patricks Day

Hello! After all the sad news why don't we finish the day up with a happy post? Today was St. Patricks day. The St. Patricks Day parade on 5th AVE. was so up-beat and lively. The place was draped in orange,green and white. People showed their support by wearing green painting their faces green, dying their hair green, getting a lot of green things and waving the Irish flag. A lot of people stated singing. BTW if some of the viewers did go you probably know about the kid drummer. He was so cute^_^ As some of you may know, Mayor Bloomberg made a stereotypical statement about the Irish and drinking. Yes, he was booed by some people, but he did apoligise. So all in all it was a good day. Except the fact that I didn't finish my homework. I'll go do that right now.
